Food Distribution Volunteer Opportunities

Covenant is partnering with a local organization to alleviate hunger with food distributions every other week.

Join us every other Saturday at our Greenville campus from 8:30-10 AM. There are light items and non-lifting tasks.

For safety reasons, children must be in 2nd grade to participate and accompanied by an adult if in 5th grade or younger. You must register in advance. When full, you will be placed on a waitlist and called if spaces to serve open up.

Book Bag Buddies

Tues 3-4pm & Wed 12-1pm

House 3 Garage at Covenant

Many children leave school and have little or nothing to eat during the weekend. Book Bag Buddies sends these children home with food bags every Friday. There are opportunities to serve by donating food items or money, shopping for items, packing food bags, shelving items, delivering food bags to schools, and praying for our children.

Disaster Relief Team

When a natural disaster strikes, this team will be notified of any opportunity we can step into to provide aid at the site. This team could remove debris from homes or yards, help with construction, help feed teams and minister to the community. Some disasters may require travel, others may be local, you will be able to choose when and how you can assist with this team.
